Job Description

Overview Whiskey Creek Country Club is seeking friendly, attentive and professional front of the house team members to join us in our post renovation and re-branding journey to ensure an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in both fine dining and casual settings. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system; Lightspeed Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Process accurate payments via POS Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving concerns professionally Support host/hostess duties as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Check in golfers at the pro-shop Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including fine dining or country club/golf course environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence Ability to handle food safety and sanitation procedures effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food industry standards for serving, food preparation, and food handling safety Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and culinary excellence.
