As a Front of House Team Member at SoFresh, you'll greet guests, take orders, make smoothies, serve fresh food and keep our space clean and welcoming. You'll work with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for every customer. Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service. Take orders accurately using the POS system and process transactions efficiently. Making smoothies and sauces per company spec. Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area and bathrooms. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain menu knowledge Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
