Crew Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old Must be able to lift and move up to 55 pounds and assist in lifting heavier items. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as squat down. Reliable and predictable attendance. Dependable, hardworking and the ability to handle pressure situations and stress. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others. Able to understand and follow direction and instructions. Able to perform the essential functions of the job. Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

(managers, shift leads): The Manager receives direction and training from the Owner and/or Area Supervisor. During each shift, the Manager motivates, directs and coaches colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations, and then follows-up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, according to Little Caesars procedures. The Manager is responsible for supervising all colleagues including those under the age of 18 years old. The Manager will ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet the needs of customers and will work diligently to ensure each customer is satisfied with the service and products they receive. The Manager supports the Owner and/or Area Supervisor and is responsible for building sales and controlling costs by using all cost-control tools and processes. The Manager also trouble shoots operational problems and finds acceptable solutions.
