Job Description to include but not limited to the following responsibilities: Must possess a strong character and be driven to succeed in a member focused environment. Being self-motivated, goal oriented, hard-working, friendly and outgoing are key attributes. Providing exceptional service to the guests is of utmost importance while driving the set vision and direction of the operation through a can-do professional attitude and personality. Must be available to work weekend and holiday shifts. Experience Required Previous country club experience preferred Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and members Essential Responsibilities Creates a memorable member experience and provides first-class service in all aspects of the Club operation Accounts for rounds utilizing tee sheet software (ForeTees) as necessary Administers point-of-sale (Jonas) applications related to golf department charges, merchandise sales, member/guest billing Reconciles daily tee sheets, performs check-ins, and resolves any discrepancies related to charges Promotes all department offerings Assists with all merchandise operations Maintains a clean, organized, and professional Golf Shop environment Assists the Director of Retail with merchandising initiatives and sales promotions as needed Adheres to established opening and closing procedures Assists staff in enforcing Club policies, procedures, and service standards for the membership Communicates with members, guests, co-workers, management, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner Incorporates safe work practices in all daily responsibilities Complies with all Club regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions Exhibits and maintains a professional demeanor that reflects positively on Jonathan's Landing Golf Club Performs additional duties as assigned Benefits Elective medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Overtime rate while working a holiday Company paid short term disability and life insurance 401K Holiday bonus Clothing Allowance Staff Meals Practice and Playing Privileges
