Job Description
Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining room, and restroom area
- Provide excellent customer service by taking and preparing orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize sales skills to promote menu items and upsell products
- Prepare food and beverages following established recipes and procedures
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery, smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Pack up the home-made sauce
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
