Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member and be the driving force behind delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service to our valued customers. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and quality standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety guidelines Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food storage practices Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling menu items in a quick service setting Support team members during busy periods by managing cashier duties, food delivery to tables or drive-thru windows, and supporting overall restaurant operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly in a fast-paced restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Experience with cashiering duties including cash handling and transaction accuracy in quick service or fast-food restaurants Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering fast, friendly service while honing your skills across the food industry.
