Job Overview We're looking for a reliable, efficient team member to join our busy, fast-moving sandwich shop. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured kitchen environment, enjoys working with a small team, and has a passion for great food! Prep Responsibilities Run the slicer daily, prepare all sliced meats to spec, clean the slicer after use Build and maintain meat packs according to pars and standards Help create the daily prep list and contribute to completing all prep with the team Ensure the station is fully stocked and ready for service Service Responsibilities Work on the sandwich line in the #2 position Help build sandwiches quickly and accurately during rushes Fire all toasted and pressed sandwiches, timing them correctly to match pick-up times and to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
