Summary As a Crew Member at Dunkin', you will be an essential part of our team, delivering exceptional service to our customers while preparing delicious food and beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin's quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
