This position plays a key role in preparing products and ingredients, managing inventory, organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the store is fully stocked and operationally ready each day. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and contributing to the quality and consistency of the products our guests enjoy. Essential Responsibilities Prepare frozen yogurt ingredients, toppings, and other food products according to company standards. Ensure products are properly prepared, stored, labeled, and rotated. Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control. Maintain proper storage, organization, and product rotation. Support inventory counts and ordering processes. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Maintain clean and organized prep areas, storage rooms, refrigerators, and freezers. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Ensure frozen yogurt products, toppings, ingredients, and supplies are stocked and ready for service. Support overall operational readiness during peak business periods. Lift, move, and organize inventory and supplies as needed. Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to support daily operations. Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish required. Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant operations, food service, inventory management, frozen dessert concepts, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Full availability required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
