Keeps the front of the store clean, organized, and inviting. Is reliable, hardworking, and a great team player. Is punctual and ready to bring great energy every shift. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using Toast POS Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of areas, counters, and kitchen stations following health regulations Support food service operations by clearing trays, and assisting with food delivery to guests Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety standards while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for customers Qualifications Previous experience in food service environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team that values dedication, positivity, and teamwork!
