This role involves preparing fresh sandwiches and meals, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and providing excellent customer service in a quick service restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or the food industry, along with strong time management skills and a passion for delivering quality food and service. 15 $/hour + tips daily meals will be provided Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Ensure all food is prepared safely, following sanitation and food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment through proper bussing and sanitation practices Manage customer orders efficiently while upselling additional items to enhance sales Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling, processing payments accurately, and providing friendly customer service Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring food quality standards are met Support team members with food prep, cooking, and other duties as needed in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Sqaure POS or Delivery Apps Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy café or retail food environment Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management Excellent time management skills to ensure timely order completion during peak hours Previous experience in culinary roles or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
