In this energetic role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a positive experience through excellent food preparation, attentive customer service, and smooth operations. Whether you're taking orders at the counter, preparing delicious meals, or maintaining a clean environment, your enthusiasm and dedication will help us serve up satisfaction every day! Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders with enthusiasm, and addressing inquiries professionally. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning food prep areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist in food handling and preparation tasks in the kitchen area while following proper sanitation procedures. Requirements • Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required ; eagerness to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities.
