Overview Join our dynamic ground services team and become a vital part of ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations. As a Ground Service Team Member, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional support to tree climbers, equipment operators , and contributing to a seamless work experience. This role offers an energetic environment where proactive service, safety awareness, and teamwork are essential. Whether assisting with debris removal, servicing, or coordinating logistics, your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and safety of our operations. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of ground equipment and servicing equipment and areas to maintain operational readiness Communicate effectively with crews, management, and other team members to coordinate ground activities Support tree climbers Follow all safety protocols in compliance with regulations and company policies Manage time-sensitive tasks such as fueling, cleaning, and catering services to meet job schedules Requirements Prior supervising or management experience in work environments preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with team members and crews Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking Knowledge safety standards is a plus Basic math skills for inventory management and logistical tasks Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards crew members and colleagues Demonstrated conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally Join us as a Ground Service Team Member and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
