Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food handling duties including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food storage areas. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as cashiering, food prep, and customer service seamlessly. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Experience working in the food industry or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is advantageous. Capable of standing for extended periods while performing various duties in a fast-paced setting.
