Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member and become a vital part of delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick service restaurants with a focus on efficiency and quality Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS for smooth order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management to prioritize tasks during peak hours without sacrificing quality or safety Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment within a restaurant or grocery store setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service while honing your skills in the vibrant food industry.
