RESPONSIBILITIES

The cross-training of our staff is vital to the operation of the restaurant. All crew members will be trained in all positions, allowing operations to flow smoothly while providing career advancement opportunities. Front-of-House Duties Greetings guests Working the POS system Serving the food line Cleaning Answering the phone Answering FAQ about Filo Handling online orders and interacting with partner delivery drivers Back-of-House Duties Preparing the food Dishwashing•manual/machine Maintenance cleaning Positively represent Filo hospitality at all times
