Job Description:

The Gutter Company of Florida, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Crew Lead with 3-5 years of gutter installation experience to join our team. The Crew Lead will oversee 1 or more teams/crews, including their own, and will report directly to the Field Manager. This person will lead by example and help our team excel in every aspect of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 2-6 employees, ensuring timeliness, work ethic, and training. Successfully run their own crew/truck. Maintain and manage team's truck cleanliness and maintenance. Optimize time management for crew effectiveness. Provide training for all crew members. Ensure crew members maintain a professional appearance. Uphold and promote a strong safety culture within the team. Manage team's review tracker. Achieve team's Additional Work Order (AWO) goals. Conduct morning huddles. Ensure timeliness in all activities. Assist in keeping the shop and trucks clean and organized.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of gutter installation experience, including K-style, half-round, copper, and commercial box gutters. Proven experience leading a team. Outstanding communication skills. Excellent attendance record. Valid Driver's License. Positive attitude. Exceptional customer service skills. Team player with a professional demeanor. Strong attention to detail.
