THE OPPORTUNITY

Start your day strong and help others do the same. As a Calico Cactus Team Member, you'll be one of the first smiles our guests see, whether you're taking orders at the front counter, crafting beverages, keeping the dining room and salsa bar fresh, or helping our kitchen run smoothly. You'll be responsible for delivering warm, gracious service while upholding the consistency and quality that defines our brand. No matter your background or experience, we'll train you in every station so you can thrive and grow. And when we say we only meet the day, we mean it. Our stores close mid-afternoon, giving you your evenings back.
