Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining or shopping experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Prepare and serve food items following safety and sanitation standards, including basic food preparation tasks Manage multiple customer orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Upsell menu items or products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and food handling practices Handle cash transactions accurately, providing correct change and processing credit card payments Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures Skills Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Experience with cashiering, upselling, serving, bussing tables, and general food industry operations Familiarity with kitchen experience or café environments is a plus Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Join us as a Counter Service Staff member if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a lively environment!
