Preferred:

Front of House experience preferred Quick-service, cafe, or hospitality experience

Skills:

Customer service instincts and team-first attitude Comport handling cash, using a register, and learning a POS system Understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling practices Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail during shifts Communication skills

Job Description:

Greet and welcome guests Take in-person and phone orders using the POS system Handle cash and credit transactions Prepare specialty coffee drinks and assist with front-of-house food and beverage support Keep guest areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout each shift Work closely with the kitchen team to support service and quality presentation Answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and promote featured menu items and specials

Days & Hours:

Full & Part Time; Up to 34 hours per week; Monday through Saturday; 1st & 2nd shift; flexible. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.

Pay:

$11.00 to $18.00 per hour; depends on experience. Base + tips.
