Job Description:

As a Customer Service/Front Desk Representative , you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, responsible for: Handling customer walk-ins, answering inbound phone calls, emails, and managing contact form submissions driven by our various marketing efforts. Providing expert advice and consultation to customers on their cleaning needs, specifically focusing on rug care. Conducting thorough rug inspections to assess their condition and recommend the best solutions. Efficiently scheduling customer appointments using our user-friendly scheduling software. Completing daily tasks, including following up with customers and performing data entry. Assisting with the movement of customer rugs, requiring the ability to lift up to 50lbs .

Pay & Benefits:

Starting Pay:

$20 per hour

Monthly Bonus:

Up To $2,000

Performance-Based Bonus Retirement:

401k with 3%

Company Match Vacation:

Up to 15

Days Paid Vacation Holidays:

Schedule:

Full-Time:

Monday to Saturday (Choose your day off; Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ( with flexibility to take Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off )

Saturday:

9am to 4pm

What We're Looking For:

Education:

High School diploma required

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years as a

Customer Service Representative Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy, very strong multitasking abilities , and proficiency with typing and Sales driven! (typing evaluation upon hire, roughly 35+ WPM).
