Synergy Management is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Leafguard Crew Member to join our expanding home improvement sales team in Tampa, FL and neighboring communities. Responsibilities As a Leafguard Crew Member at Synergy Management, you will: Meet homeowners face‑to‑face in Tampa to showcase LeafGuard's gutter solution and no‑clog warranty. Generate new leads in territory to strengthen sales and revenue. Conduct face‑to‑face product demos highlighting LeafGuard's durability and home protection. Hit and surpass goals with customer‑first engagement and ethical conduct. Engage in team meetings and coaching to refine sales skills and boost effectiveness. Record activity and outcomes daily to enhance team visibility and sales progress. Leafguard Crew Member Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred; home improvement or sales experience a plus, not required. Skilled communicator who can connect naturally with homeowners face‑to‑face. Goal‑oriented and self‑driven, managing field schedules to consistently meet targets. Detail‑driven and receptive to coaching, ensuring outstanding service each time. Available full‑time with flexibility on schedule.

Pay:

$3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
