What You'll Do Prepare and serve food accurately and efficiently according to Barberitos standards Deliver friendly, upbeat service to every guest Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready throughout the shift Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Work as part of a team to keep service fast, smooth, and welcoming Help with opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities Communicate clearly with managers and coworkers to keep the shift running well Stay focused, organized, and productive during busy meal periods Show up on time, ready to work, and ready to contribute What We're Looking For Friendly and positive attitude Reliable, honest, and ready to work Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and be coached Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods Availability for a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
