The Front-of-House Team Member creates the first and last impression for guests by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Responsibilities may include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, preparing or packaging orders, running food, keeping the dining and service areas clean, answering menu questions, and helping maintain a welcoming environment. This role is all about connecting with our customers and ensuring an exceptional experience combining speed with genuine care so guests always feel valued.
Qualifications Desired:
No prior experience required, though previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; friendly and positive attitude; strong communication skills; ability to multitask; accuracy with orders and payments; dependable attendance.
