Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems to optimize seating flow Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations Support food industry best practices in food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs enhances your ability to deliver high-level guest service Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and basic math skills for cash handling and billing processes Proven ability to upsell menu items and contribute positively to team sales goals Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and teamwork Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
