Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings Scoop ice cream accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Maintain cleanliness of the scooping stations, display cases, and seating areas throughout your shift Handle cash register transactions accurately and provide friendly service during busy periods Restock supplies such as cones, cups, napkins, and toppings to ensure smooth operation Follow safety and hygiene protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests Engage with customers positively, answer questions about flavors or ingredients, and promote special offers or new products Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving carts This role is perfect for motivated individuals who love creating joyful moments through sweet treats!
