Kitchen / Deli Associate Taste Wine Bar & Market - Atlanta, GA Part‑time | $17.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience) In‑person Taste Wine Bar & Market is a new concept that blends a gourmet deli with a self‑serve wine‑tasting experience. Our kitchen features elevated charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and salads, alongside 48 wines on tap from around the world. We're looking for energetic, customer‑focused Kitchen/Deli Associates who love great food and hospitality. What You'll Do Provide warm, genuine hospitality to guests and teammates Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Maintain excellent uniform and appearance standards Communicate with chefs and managers about daily specials and shift details Retrieve food products based on prep lists and par levels Set up stations with ingredients, utensils, and equipment Cut, slice, and prepare raw ingredients (produce, meats, etc.) Mix, portion, and assemble recipes according to standards Assist the Chef with evaluating par levels and completing prep lists Monitor equipment temperatures for proper cooking and storage Inspect food for correct color, consistency, and temperature Operate and maintain the dish machine; clean and sanitize dishware What We're Looking For Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation Strong teamwork and communication skills Excellent personal cleanliness and hygiene Ability to speak, read, and understand English Basic math skills Ability to taste food and beverages to understand flavor profiles Ability to memorize and follow recipes Comfortable working with FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals Ability to work in wet and dry conditions Knife skills and comfort with kitchen equipment Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours Ability to bend, stoop, twist, squat, reach, climb, and use ladders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Repetitive hand and arm motion capability References from prior supervisors / employers
