Responsibilities Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy Assist with food handling tasks including wrapping, packaging, and restocking ingredients as needed Support food industry best practices by ensuring quick service delivery and excellent customer interactions Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail environments within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about food service and customer satisfaction.
