Team Members support daily operations by taking orders, handling transactions, preparing menu items, and keeping the workspace organized and sanitary. You represent the brand by providing friendly, efficient service while helping maintain a smooth and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming experience Accurately take and prepare food and drink orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service Handle customer concerns professionally Restock supplies and and assist with opening/ closing duties Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely Understanding of food safety and maintaining a clean workspace at all times Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Ensuring orders are made correctly and presentation meets quality standards Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues promptly Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety standards is advantageous A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Join us today to be part of a dedicated team!
