Food Service Associate

Job Summary:

As a Food & Guest Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests feel valued and well taken care of. This position combines food service responsibilities with front-line guest interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a people-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service Serve pre-packaged food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards Set up, maintain, and clean dining areas, breakfast stations, and service counters Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed Ensure food presentation and service meet hotel quality standards Assist guests with checking in, reservations, inquiries, requests, and basic concierge needs Process payments using POS systems Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a team-player mindset Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work 4-8 pm Thursday - Saturday and some holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and walk uphill Must be reliable and at least 18 years of age
