Position Overview:

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will work alongside a dedicated team to uphold our high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas Follow food safety guidelines and ensure all health regulations are met Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Qualifications :

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required!
