Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member and become a vital part of delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service to our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing food, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food handling procedures meet health regulations. Assist in food preparation, including assembling orders and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Support team members in various tasks such as cashiering, food prep, and food safety compliance to ensure efficient restaurant flow. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math tasks. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team environment. Experience with cashiering, upselling, and serving in a retail or grocery store setting is advantageous.
