Job Description

As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for food prep, cooking our world famous food, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitary guidelines. You will be responsible for preparation of product, unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory levels, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining a clean parking lot, building exterior, dumpster and sidewalk, including removal of trash within containers to proper dumpster sites. A qualified applicant must be a Team player with a strong commitment to excellent customer service, well groomed, and have good communication skills. (Cleanliness, Friendliness, Food) and executing BLAST (Believe, Listen, Apologize , Satisfy, Thank) Creates a winning experience for every customer Knows restaurant and shift goals and works to achieve them everyday Follows food & safety procedures and reports any issues to the Manager on Duty and/or RGM Intentionality to Lead Focuses on achieving excellence in current role as a foundation for bigger responsibilities
Other Requirements:
Arrive at work on time Flexible scheduling Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.) Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift Follows cash handling safety and security procedures Adheres to company and City/State/United States safety requirements Knowledge of and compliance with company policies and processes As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for food prep, cooking our world famous food, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitary guidelines.
