Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations, dining areas, and food handling zones Assist with food safety procedures, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations Support cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of shifts Engage in bussing tables, cleaning dining spaces, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Skills Proven experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with a team-oriented attitude This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive on delivering excellent service while developing their culinary and leadership skills.
