Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments confidently. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen stations, and food handling areas to ensure a safe environment. Assist with food prep tasks including assembling meals, portioning ingredients, and managing food inventory. Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick turnaround during busy hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential! Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe workspace. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting.
