Front of House Team Member

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and restaurant guidelines. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food settings. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices are essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
