Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and freshness at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, prompt service to guests, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing register operations smoothly Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a quick service environment Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your energy makes a difference!
