Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, manufacturing, or a related environment with a focus on quality assurance. Strong understanding of quality systems, including QA/QC processes, quality audits, and inspection techniques. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform data collection and analysis skills effectively. Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and best practices for maintaining cleanliness in food environments. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality output. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members on quality improvement initiatives. Prior experience with quality management tools or systems is preferred but not required.
