In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming visitors, taking orders, and ensuring smooth service throughout their visit. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether managing reservations or assisting with food and beverage service, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a lively dining environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate orders using POS systems and process transactions efficiently Assist with reservations and manage tables using OpenTable or similar reservation platforms Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and supporting food preparation when needed Support food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and address guest needs promptly Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and transaction processing Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high service standards Knowledge of serving techniques, upselling strategies, and restaurant operations is a plus Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
