We are looking for fun people to join our team day and evening shifts available! Crew Members perform customer service and cleaning operations within the store while keeping up with the restaurant standards. Applicants should be eager to lead, do things right, be accountable, have ownership in what they do, and be able to create smiles and stories for our customers. We would love to see your smiling and energetic face for an interview! Crew Members will be expected to: Enthusiastically greet and welcome customers to the Dairy Queen brand Be pleasant and alert to customers and their needs Work well with other team members of all backgrounds and be a willing team member Initiate and complete customer transactions efficiently and accurately Process customer transactions, maintaining accurate cash drawers throughout the shift Arrive on time and stay clean and sanitary throughout shift Communicate with customers and coworkers to ensure correct orders are handed to the customers Complete orders accurately and in a timely manner while following resturant, health, and safety standards Follow all health and safety guidelines, as well as any guidelines put in place by management Stock and execute proper rotation of products Work collaboratively with other team members to complete end of day cleaning tasks, and assure quality, service, cleanliness, and value to every customer Wash tables, restrooms, trash receptacles, counters, sweep, and mop Property and safely operate and maintain all resturant equipment Inform supervisors of problems and unusual matters Other duties as requested by management and shift leaders Do not miss out on a great opportunity.
