Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Assist in food handling, cooking, and meal preparation according to established recipes and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering to food safety standards at all times Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients and assisting with inventory management Handle food with care, following proper knife skills and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Cook & Plate food on various workstations Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and safety protocols Experience in full-service restaurant kitchens, showcasing culinary expertise and attention to detail Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly within the food industry Knowledge of food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Skilled in using kitchen tools such as knives safely and efficiently; experience with catering or large-scale meal prep is a plus Familiarity with menu planning processes and supporting the development of new dishes or specials Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality Embark on a fulfilling journey where your culinary talents help craft memorable dining moments!
