Objective:

To provide excellent product and excellent service.

Essential Function:

Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary area. Knowledge of different varieties and cuts of meats. Stocking and rotating of packaged meat product in a timely, appropriate manner. Efficient handling of product to meet the demands of the customers. Servicing customers in a timely, friendly manner. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Requires standing, bending and heavy lifting.

Basic Functions:

1) Follow directives of Meat Manager and Store Director. 2) Provide the best product and service possible. 3) Maintain a friendly, professional attitude. 4) Abide by Company policies and procedures. 5) Follow Company Safety Standards. Specific Skills:

1) Working knowledge of different varieties and cuts of meat. 2) Rotation of product. 3) Ordering, stocking, and proper storage of product/backstock. 4) Friendliness. 5) Customer and associate relations. 6) Efficient time management. 7) Cleaning of work and display areas. 8) Proper use of signage and displays. 9) Maintain proper product fill levels.

Machinery/Equipment:

Safe usage, proper storage and cleaning of: Box Cutter, Marking Gun, Meat Cart, Trays, Meat Slicer, Wrapper, Scales, Power Jack, Hand Jack, Cardboard Baler, Trash Compactor, Computer.

Schedule:

FT - Variable schedule, Weekend availability Required
