Duties Prepare and serve a variety of concession items including popcorn, hot dogs, beverages, and snacks with speed and precision Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Upsell products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue through friendly recommendations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, change calculation, and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food handling procedures ensuring proper storage, portioning, and food safety practices are followed at all times Support food preparation tasks such as assembling menu items or restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafés, or grocery stores is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude; ability to communicate clearly and engage warmly with guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable Experience in retail math or cashiering roles demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in transactions Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering excellent service in a lively setting.
