Starting pay for Crew Member staff will range from $12

• $13 dollars per hour. In addition, staff will also have the ability to collect tips weekly adding $2.50
• $3.50 more an hour. Totaling an hourly average of $14.50

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
• Communicate customers' orders to the kitchen staff.
• Clean & arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
• Prepare menu items from all steps which include ○ Flouring Chicken, Frying Chicken, Seasoning Chicken, etc.
• Work as a team to keep ticket times within the HHC threshold.
• Ensure all orders are given to the customers in a timely manner & their order is correct.
• Accept cash & return the correct change.
• Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift for leads.
• Pleasantly respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Cash handling experience.

Pay:
