Job Description

Are you currently running mitigation jobs but tired of poor leadership, weak systems, inconsistent standards, or being treated like just another number? If you take pride in running clean jobs, helping customers through difficult situations, and leading crews the right way—we want to talk to you. Ness Restoration is growing in the Treasure Valley, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Restoration Technician who already knows how to run water mitigation jobs and wants to be part of building a strong, professional team. This is a leadership role for someone who: Takes ownership Leads by example Communicates professionally Works hard without being chased Wants long-term opportunity and growth We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or basic training on how mitigation jobs work. We ARE looking for someone who wants to be respected for their skills and trusted to perform. What You'll Do Run residential and commercial water mitigation jobs from start to finish Set up and monitor drying equipment properly Lead and manage crew members on job sites Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and office staff Document jobs thoroughly with photos, notes, and moisture readings Perform demolition, cleanup, and mitigation work when needed Ensure work is completed according to IICRC standards Respond to emergency and after-hours calls on rotation This is hands-on physical work. You must be comfortable working in: Crawlspaces Attics Dirty or damaged environments Tight spaces Fast-paced emergency situations What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience in a lead role
