As a Team Member, you'll help deliver the "Freaky Fast" experience we're known for while keeping the store clean, organized, and running smoothly. Whether you're working in-shop, delivering orders, or leading a shift, you'll play a key role in creating a great experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Prepare sandwiches quickly and accurately to Jimmy John's standards Provide friendly and efficient customer service Maintain a clean and organized store (lobby, kitchen, restrooms, prep areas) Handle cash register and take orders in-store or over the phone For drivers: deliver orders safely and efficiently Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Support team members and help keep operations running smoothly Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and cleanliness Must be reliable and punctual Delivery drivers must have a valid driver's license and insurance Why Work at Jimmy John's?
