The AT&T Team Member will connect with businesses to provide a review of their current mobile needs and lead the sales process for a much-needed upgrade. The AT&T Team Member's expertise in sales outreach ensures that businesses get the reliable 5G connectivity they deserve. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for businesses exploring AT&T Business Fiber, wireless mobility, and VoIP phone options. Participate in face-to-face customer engagements alongside senior sales team members to learn effective discovery and presentation skills. Educate business owners on the competitive advantages of upgrading to high-speed internet and modern wireless device solutions. Coordinate service implementations by liaising between customers, technical teams, and account managers to ensure smooth delivery. Identify upsell opportunities within existing business accounts by staying attuned to evolving connectivity and communication needs. Contribute to team sales goals while developing expertise in AT&T's business product portfolio and local market dynamics. Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member High school diploma or GED preferred.
