Company Overview Tacos El Loco is a fun, fast-paced Mexican restaurant in Aurora, IL. We welcome applicants of all experience levels — whether it's your first job or you're a seasoned restaurant worker, we'd love to have you on our team! Job Summary We are currently hiring for 3 positions: Cashier Clerk Dishwasher Line Cook Whether you want to work the front counter, in the kitchen, or both — we have a spot for you! We will train you, all we ask is that you bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Must be 16 or older to apply. Duties Take customer orders and handle cash and card payments accurately Keep all areas of the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, and utensils Prepare and assemble food according to our recipes and standards Set up and break down stations before and after each shift Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Support your teammates and jump in wherever needed Requirements Must be 16 years or older No diploma required Experience in customer service or a kitchen is a plus but not required Friendly, hardworking, and a team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Available weekends and holidays Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must be able to commute to Aurora, IL 60505 Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Opportunities for advancement within the company
