Responsibilities Lead and supervise groups of children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Ensure the safety of all children by following established safety protocols and maintaining vigilant supervision during activities Implement engaging curriculum elements that support childhood development milestones, including toddler care and preschool experiences Foster an inclusive environment by working effectively with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities Provide basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any health or behavioral concerns Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any noteworthy incidents Maintain a clean, organized activity space that encourages exploration and supports developmental goals Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments is highly preferred but not required Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages a plus Experience in behavior management techniques to guide positive behavior and resolve conflicts effectively a plus Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and classroom experience that supports various age groups within early childhood settings Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed Ability to work collaboratively with team members to create a supportive environment for children's growth Join us as a Kid Crew Leader to ignite young minds through energetic engagement, compassionate caregiving, and dedicated supervision.
