Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, operating cash registers, and assisting customers with their needs. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining and kitchen spaces. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be learned on the job. A willingness to learn, adapt, and help others in a team-oriented environment is essential.
